These terms apply when you use the Al Raheem Computers website or place an order with us. By doing either, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may contact you to confirm your details, and an order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a listing contains an error. If we do, we will let you know.
Products and availability
We work to describe our products accurately, but images are for illustration and specifications may change. All products are subject to availability. Products marked “Coming soon” are not yet available to order.
Prices
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.). We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before going ahead.
Payment
Orders are paid by cash on delivery. Please have the full amount ready when your order arrives. For custom or business orders, we may agree different payment terms with you in writing.
Delivery
We deliver within Pakistan. Delivery charges and timing are confirmed with you after you place your order, and are added to the amount payable. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the order. Please check your order on arrival and tell us promptly about any visible damage.
Returns, exchanges and warranty
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will explain the options available, which can depend on the product and its condition. Where a product carries a manufacturer’s warranty, we will tell you how it applies. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under the law.
Business and custom orders
For custom setups and volume purchases, the specification, price, delivery and payment details we agree with you in writing apply in addition to these terms.
Your account
If you create an account, please keep your login details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Using this website
Please do not misuse this website, including by attempting to interfere with it or gain unauthorised access to it. Website content, including text, images and branding, belongs to Al Raheem Computers or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version in place when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
